Training

Cavitt Soccer Academy offers training for the year around soccer player.

Cavitt Soccer Academy offers different types of training and can accomodate individuals, small groups, or complete teams.  The price structure varies depending on group size, length of session, and location.  Training sessions can be scheduled through the Academy.  We will provide trainers and field locations for all training sessions.

Fitness and agility

Fitness training can include endurance work, interval training, balance, and agility exercises. The Academy's speed, coordination and agility training sessions incorporate the Dutch National program's youth vision for training young players.

Skill work

Skill work can include various ball handling drills designed to improve first touch and speed of play.

Position Specific

Position specific training is designed to train a player in a certain position on the field or in the net.  This training will involve drills specially designed for the position of your choice.

  • Goal Keeper
  • Defender
  • Midfielder
  • Striker

Individual and small group trainings run for one hour, team training runs for an hour and 30 minutes .
